Zuerst's factory has more than 20 CNC machines in total, utilizing Zuerst's advanced CNC machining capabilities, combining speed, precision and reliability to meet the highest standards of manufacturing excellence, which is one of the imperatives to realize your product dreams.

Injection Molding
The ZUERST factory has 15 injection molding machines. We can provide cost-effective, high-quality injection molded parts. Our free moldability consultation can speed up the design and molding process, saving you time and cost.
- We produce plastic parts in volumes up to 300,000 pieces per month with volume pricing and no minimum order quantity (MOQ).
- We offer over 100 plastic, elastomer and silicone materials for you to choose from.
- Our automated coordinate measuring machines (CMMs) ensure fast internal quality documentation for every project.

First, tell us your idea for a product or upload a 3D CAD file of your product.
We will provide you with a quote for product design costs (if you upload a 3D drawing, we will provide you with a mold quote and a single piece quote for mass production)
Check out the product design fee quote. After you pay, you can start the product design process. Your ideas for the product will be incorporated into the design drawings to meet your product requirements.
Once the drawing and sample fee quotation are confirmed and paid, we start manufacturing the sample, adhering to the highest quality standards and replicating the product on the drawing as closely as possible.
After the sample is made, confirm the sample details. If there is no problem, we will provide you with mold quotation and batch production quotation
After confirming the product details and quotation, pay the mold fee and mass production fee.
After payment, we start making product molds, and get the final mold through multiple trial mold modifications.
After the mold manufacturing is completed, mass production begins.
If you have a freight forwarder, we can also transport the goods to your freight forwarder's warehouse.
After confirming the freight and paying, we will transport the goods to the location you specify.

Do you offer individual processing technologies?
(For example, I only need CNC processing services or only need injection molding services.)
Sorry! We currently only provide services from prototype design to mass production!

Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No! - There is no minimum order quantity! After the mold is made, we will provide you with a product price quotation according to your needs!

What type of design files does ZUERST accept for quoting?
For the 3D drawing, we would prefer STEP, IGES, or X_T format. For the 2D drawing, we would prefer PDF format there are tolerances with the dimensions if possible.

How can I pay ZUERST?
ZUERST accepts payments in two ways:

What general tolerances can ZUERST achieve?
General CNC Machining Tolerances on metal are +/- 0.005" (±0.127 mm) following ISO 2768 unless otherwise specified. For CNC plastics and composites, tolerances are +/- 0.010" (±0.254 mm).

What precision tolerances can ZUERST achieve?
CNC Precision Machining Tolerances down to ±.0002" (0.005mm). ZUERST can manufacture and inspect to tight tolerances per your drawing specifications.

How long does it take to produce the first sample?
After the product design is completed, the first sample delivery cycle is 1 to 3 weeks, and the mass production delivery cycle is 4-6 weeks. We provide emergency and expedited services.
