If your shipping address is a P.O. Box shipping address, we may not be able to ship your parcel in Express shipping. Also, we can not ship your products to a military address.


3.Shipping Time

Order processing time = We‘ll ship the item in 0-2 business days and upload the tracking number ASAP


Shipping time = The international delivery usually may take 5 to 20 post days via different country . When your order is shipped out, a notification will be sent to the e-mail box you registered on our website. You can find a tracking number in the Email and you can track the state of order online.

Total delivery time = Order processing time + Shipping time

The total delivery time depends on the product you purchased and your location, we will ship the goods to you from the Ningbo, China. (Depends on the country)


4. D.D.U.

All of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U." (Delivered Duties Unpaid), ZUERST cannot be held responsible for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. To find out more about this, please contact your local custom office. All prices on our site are quoted in US Dollars.


5. Shipping NOTE

5.1 The shipping times mentioned above refer to the estimated time of business days that the shipment will take after an order has been shipped.

Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays.

These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.

We are not responsible for the failures or delays in delivery resulting from any force majeure event, such as out of stock, natural disaster, bad weather, war, and any other event beyond our direct control, such as public holidays and customs issues. The estimated delivery time may also vary according to your location and the origin of your order.

5.2 If you want to change the delivery address of your package after it has been shipped out.

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route

If you want to order more than one item, and we know you want all to be delivered at the same time, we will try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time.


Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.


Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.


7. Track Your Order

Any delivery dates provided by ZUERST are estimated. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive an email about the tracking information.

Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to show.

8. Cancel Order 

8.1 Can I cancel the order after placing the order?

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced.

Within 12 hours after the order is placed, you can apply to office@sz-zuerst.com to cancel the order, because we will confirm the order and arrange the delivery within 12 hours. If the cancellation is requested after more than 12 hours, it can only be refunded or The return process is proceeding, please refer to our Return Policy


8.2 Is there a fee for canceling an order?

For refunds within 12 hours of placing an order, no handling fee. For refunds 12 hours after the order is placed, please refer to Return Policy. By the way, paypal official will charge a refund fee.


8.3 After canceling the order, how will the refund be returned?

How long is the return time?
