Can ZUERST provide samples for testing, and what is the sample policy?

We strongly support customers in verifying product quality through practical testing. To this end, we offer the following sample policy:

1. Sample Acquisition

①Typically, we can provide you with 1 sample of a specified style for testing at cost price.

②If you need to test specific models or multiple series, we can also provide the corresponding samples at cost price. The cost of these samples can be deducted from your subsequent official order.

2. Testing Recommendations

After receiving the sample, we recommend focusing on evaluating the following core aspects through practical use:

①Load Capacity and Stability: Apply weight at different adjustment angles to test its sturdiness.

②Adjustment and Durability: Repeatedly open, close, and adjust all joints of the stand hundreds of times to feel its smoothness and check for any loosening.

③Workmanship and Details: Carefully inspect the finishing of edges and corners, surface coating, accessories, and other details for quality.

3. Follow-up Support

①After sample testing, we can provide more detailed product specifications and relevant compliance certification documents (such as CE, RoHS reports) for your reference.

②For customers with corporate procurement or customization needs (e.g., LOGO printing, specialized packaging), we can offer tailored cooperation proposals upon clarifying your intentions.
