How does ZUERST control product quality, and what specific testing procedures do you employ?

Table of Contents

We ensure product reliability through systematic quality testing, which primarily includes the following key stages:

1. Structure and Safety Testing: This encompasses four critical items. First, Load and Stability Testing simulates maximu

weight capacity to check for deformation, wobbling, or tipping. Second, Adjustment Function and Lifespan Testing evaluates the smoothness and durability of mechanisms like height adjustment and rotation, typically involving hundreds of operational cycles. Third, Safety Inspection meticulously examines all edges and holes to ensure they are smooth and free of sharp burrs. Fourth, Material and Craftsmanship Inspection checks the uniformity and integrity of surface treatments (such as coating or anodization), and may include salt spray testing on metal parts to verify rust resistance.

2. Performance and Durability Testing: This mainly consists of three areas. First, Heat Dissipation Performance Testing (for models with fans) measures airflow, noise levels, and actual cooling effectiveness, potentially using tools like infrared thermal imagers to measure temperature differences. Second, Fatigue and Lifespan Testing simulates long-term use by repeatedly applying and removing loads (load-unload cycles) to check for structural loosening or permanent deformation. Third, Environmental and Reliability Testing may include drop tests (simulating shipping accidents) and high/low temperature or damp heat tests to verify the stability of materials and structure.

3. Appearance and Compliance Inspection: This involves three main aspects. First, Appearance and Dimensional Inspection uses full or sample checks to identify flaws like scratches or stains, and employs precision tools like calipers to ensure critical dimensions meet design specifications. Second, Compliance Inspection verifies that products meet relevant certification standards (such as CE, RoHS) for target markets, and ensures packaging includes all necessary labels and warnings. Third, Packaging and Accessory Inspection confirms the integrity and protective quality of the packaging, and verifies the correct types and quantities of accessories (e.g., screws, wrenches).

These multi-stage testing procedures together form the fundamental framework of our product quality control system.
