What is the product quality warranty period at ZUERST, and what are the specific warranty terms?

We offer a product quality warranty period of 12 months, calculated from the date of final inspection acceptance and signing of confirmation documents by both parties.

1. Warranty Coverage

We warrant that the product will remain in new condition,conform to the specifications and quality standards agreed upon in the contract, and feature excellent material selection and craftsmanship during the warranty period. Typically, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper operation, user modifications, or force majeure (such as fire, flood, etc.).

2. Remedial Measures

If a defect covered by the above warranty terms occurs during the warranty period,we will provide free repair services or, depending on the situation, replace the defective component(s) or the entire product. According to the specific contract agreement, the customer may have the right to choose their preferred remedy.

3. Customer Obligations

To exercise warranty rights smoothly,please notify us in writing promptly upon discovering a product defect, within the agreed claim period, and provide relevant evidence. When necessary, please also cooperate with our technical troubleshooting or return the defective sample as requested for inspection.
